About the Opportunity

Caressant Care is seeking a Business Office Manager to join our accomplished team of professionals at our 80-bed long term care home in Arthur, Ontario. With responsibility to carry out a variety of clerical and office support duties, your mission will be to achieve optimal standards of care and services to our residents.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  1. Accuracy skills.
  2. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  3. Computer literacy.
  4. Familiar with electronic payroll systems.
  5. Familiar with electronic billing systems.
  6. Receive payment and prepare deposits.
  7. Ability to deal with people in a tactful, confident and confidential manner.
  8. Ability to work under pressure.
  9. Ability to work independently with no supervision.
  10. Pleasant telephone voice and manner.
  11. Flexibility to adjust to a constantly changing work environment.
  12. Prior experience in an office is beneficial.

 This is a full-time position. Pay will commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will require a current Criminal Reference Check with a Vulnerable Sector Screening.
