What you bring…
- Current Nurse Practitioner registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in the Extended Class
- A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in the care of geriatric clients and adult chronic disease management
- Strong leadership, organization, research, evaluation, time management and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of Point Click Care and RAI-MDS
- Familiar with Fixing Long Term Care Homes Act, and associated Regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
Pay to commensurate with experience and qualifications.
