About the Opportunity…

The Workforce Systems Administrative Clerk provides administrative support to workforce system operations by assisting with employee timekeeping reviews and payroll‑related exception monitoring, including the validation of hours and corrections to support accurate and timely payroll processing. The role also supports agency (vendor) workforce administration by reviewing agency punch data for accuracy and appropriate coding, validating invoices against hours worked and contracted rates, and investigating and resolving discrepancies with agencies or internal teams. In addition, the position is responsible for coding, entering, and submitting approved agency invoices for payment, maintaining accurate records, supporting periodic statement reviews, and participating in projects or other related duties as assigned.

What you bring…

  • Experience with timekeeping and/or scheduling software systems preferred; experience with the Staff Schedule Care System is considered an asset
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to self‑troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate next steps
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal office staff, operating locations, and external agencies
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential payroll and workforce data with discretion

This position is located at our Head Office in Woodstock, ON. This is a Part-Time Contract position of 4 days/week (or equivalent hours) for 8-12 months. There are flexible work options available – remote, hybrid, or in-office. The hourly wage is $25 per hour, commensurate with experience and
